For help with a test, recording or saved feedback, email david@ted-ielts.com. Tell us which test you tried and what went wrong. Do not send passwords or private sign-in links.
Existing purchases
Open your shop orders and downloads. If you need help, contact the same address with your order number.
Privacy requests
You can delete a saved free test in Saved test results. For an export or wider data-removal request, contact us from the email address associated with your records.
