A few days ago, I posted a new video on my YouTube channel. It teaches an essential grammar rule that can help you to get a better score in IELTS writing task 1.
The rule that I teach in this video is about articles. Essentially, it’s an easy way to avoid mistaking “a/an” for “the.”
The rule is that when you mention something for the first time in a description of a map or process diagram, then logically you should say “a/an.” Later, when you refer back to this thing, you should say “the.”
